Conspiracy to create conspiracies

I think its time we had another discussion. Adolf Hitler himself saw how easy it was to control the masses by spreading lies and propaganda. Now, some of you will say why is the United States government so different? The United States government is different because we can vote them out of office. So a United States government conspiracy is only theoretically good for 2, 4 or 6 years. Or its good if there is a regime in place that never leaves office unless overthrown.

Yet, the first conspiracy is centuries old now. If we haven't gotten to the bottom of all these conspiracies by now then we never will correct? Perhaps there is no government conspiracies to begin with. I believe its the elite people like the Koch's who control all the conspiracies in this world.

The first conspiracy theorist, however, was Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. He believed that his uncle had murdered his father and usurped his throne. How did did he know this? His father’s ghost told him so.

I can't be the only one who knows all those Nazi's came to America during WWII bringing their Nazi ideology to our soil. They left so Hitler wouldn't kill them and the Allies wouldn't kill them. They turned traitor but didn't turn away from their ideology. Think about all the Nazi descendants in congress and the mass media right now. There are so many Nazi's in congress and the media it reminds me of Nazi Germany controlling the masses with propaganda.

We need to re-define what a conspiracy is. The old way is just not working. Today's conspiracy doesn't involve just a few men or a government. Today's conspiracy requires hundreds or thousands of people to pull off. Like the 538 congress persons we have. Or the dozens of Nazi journalists we have.



I submit the following. The people who create conspiracies want to create conspiracies to keep everyone in the dark. There are only a few bad men controlling everything. People like the Koch Brothers who value money over people are the ones conspiring to control the masses. People like them want people like us hand wringing about nonsense. Its easier to pick our pockets if we are busy wringing our hands.

There are plenty of "Conspiracies" thrown in there by TPTB as Disinformation and to Misdirect the masses. The more outlandish the conspiracy happens to be, the less seriously the possible conspiracy will be taken. 9/11 is a very good example. There is plenty of evidence that the OS does not add up, but there are so many wild conspiracy theories out there that this muddies the waters and makes finding the truth harder to establish. Average people get put off when contemplating that there is indeed a conspiracy because there are so many outlandish ones accompanying the plausible ones.

You're kidding right? I know that you want to believe the best in the U.S. government but really ... What makes you believe that an entity as big and as powerful as the U.S. government cannot become corrupt??

Have you not been following things here on ATS (or in reality) for years?? The CORRUPTION is obvious!

the US has gone from a capitalistic to (currently) a corporatism society. It's beginning was (to me) something to escape everything that the nation it has become!

If you're going to try to protect the integrity of the U.S. Government I'm going to need some major proof. I'm not going to believe your half a$$ed approach in doing so as you did in my thread.. I know that government will not always lie but when it comes to major issues I would hope that people would become more critical because that is the only possible way any government may have the incentive to be truthful to the people.

PS: I'm a Canadian (trust me, I'm not here to absolve my country) and am in favor of the people no matter what nation as long as the truth prevails. I think you trying to to 'bend' things your way? It either is or is not!
