A quick google search of "170.20 MHZ " and you will get "Scanner Frequencies for the Federal Government". I wonder what that means?

Abstract The radio-frequency and microwave spectrum of SiH4 corresponding to ΔJ = 0 ‘forbidden’ rotational transitions between the centrifugal distortion multiplets of levels has been studied by using the method of infrared–microwave double resonance in a laser cavity. Coincidences between the v4 fundamental band of SiH4 and N2O infrared laser lines in the 10 μm region have been used. Seven double resonance signals have been found and four of them were assigned to the J = 5, and J = 9 'forbidden' rotational transitions. From the measured frequencies, the quartic and sextic centrifugal distortion constants were determined as D1 = 74 861 ± 15 Hz, H4t = −7.14 ± 0.3 Hz, and H6t = 6.57 ± 1.1 Hz.
A synthesis of Image and (−)-conduritol F starting from readily available Image -sorbitol is described. The route involves as a key step an efficient one-pot sequence consisting of the Swern oxidation of a 1,6-diol followed by a highly stereoselective intramolecular pinacol coupling of the resultant dialdehyde, promoted by samarium diiodide.

I experienced more or less the same thing. Indeed, the original thread had evidence that apparently confirmed that he was employed by NORAD. I wish someone saved the info from that thread.
I have the email address, PM Me...

I am suspicious of the original poster because it really makes no sense to encrypt that message.. what's the point?
This is the part that I'm troubled by as well, logically, if one is on the run, wouldn't one just hurry up and post the message? Why invest the time to encrypt it? To me, that just wasted more time one could have spent running. Not to mention all the other methods to make oneself anonymous in regards to the interwebz...utilizing proxies and such.
I'm on the fence at this stage. If anyone does have the email address that has been censored, I would love a U2U. I'll send the dude an email. We can make it a group thing where anyone that wants to insert a query can, and we'll send it as one whole query, just a notion.

1.5 Permanently Assigned First Words for Two-Word Nicknames The following words were at one time or another permanently assigned to a specific department or user for use as first word in two-word nicknames. It includes only those words explicitly listed as "permanently assigned first words" in one of our primary sources, and is certainly incomplete. If a using agency no longer exists, the name assignment may have been cancelled, inherited by its successor, or reassigned to another user. Also, nicknames older than the permanent assignment may start with the word although they did not originate from the listed user.
So far, primarily U.S. Air Force names are listed.
Source [7] includes also many non-USAF first words, which will be added to the list as well.
