Not only was "elimination by illumination" not as you describe, but it was not taken seriously either.

What a load of fantasy, and rubbish. This is the sort of crap being spread about HAARP by either know-nothing science-deficient alarmists, or charlatans creating these stories to create a market for their apocalyptic-themed books.

This program uses carefully placed intersecting poles and antennas to–hold on to your seats: HEAT and LIFT our planet’s ionosphere. Basically our ionosphere is earth’s shield that keeps us from being FRIED by the sun.

It affects the ionosphere minimally.....in an effort to improve reflectivity to radio waves....you know, those low-powered forms of EM radiation that are ALL AROUND YOU right now!! What? Don't realize you are being constantly bombarded by EM radiation? Turn on an AM/FM radio.....there!! Radio waves, tuned in by that device, and "understood" so they can be "heard" by you...using technology.

There are many other EM radiations, too.....pick up your cell phone, see if you have a signal...."Can you hear me know?"


Oh, and the ionosphere does not "shield" the Earth from the Sun!! See, this is the sort of garbage that you just swallow, blindly, without doing the study to confirm their claims???

Our magnetosphere, it is called, is primary protection. The magnetic field of our planet, generated from within, by its rotation, and the inter-actions of the deep interior molten metals, especially near our core....the ionosphere is merely the "lowest" level of the many, many aspects to the fields, magnetic and electrified, that surround the planet.

In any event, the amount of HEATing to the ionosphere that HAARP can produce?? Tiny, compared to the vast amounts of energy it is being hit with during the day, every day....FROM THE SUN!!!!

S&F Great thread! I think many people are aware of some of this but since it is so controversial it is hard to believe but if you are going to be a conspiracy theorist why not go back to the beginnings?

Sure you will probably have an onslaught of dis-info agents flocking to prove this is all made up but I wouldn't put anything past black ops and the military based government within our government that we are deliberately kept in the dark about.

Correct me if I am wrong here but isnt HAARP also in the game with ELF waves and somehow bouncing those of the iononsphere which in turn is to be used to contact submarines in deep water?

Seems like I remember this being one of the applications in the patent for this installation.

Yes, basically....that is some of the gist.

Except....not sure if it involves any submarine comm...(But, that could by the source of the "mystique" that has grown up, to surround HAARP).

The facilities may use some aspect of (classified) science to propagate radio signals to the oceans, to subs....using the ionosphere as a reflective means. Just supposition, here....have no idea, but seems more plausible than many of the OTHER "conspiracy theory" nonsense......

Yeah ill agree.

I will say this in regards to haarp, as you so eloqeuntly put it, the "mystique," of this installation just begs for conspiracy much like the huge wave of conspiracy that came about during the old area 51 days.

But, I have a few personal opinions that are probably classified as "conspiracy theories," but im not willing to state them as anything but message board fodder until some kind of hard evidence is presented saying it is anything but what the government is telling us it is.

but I could have missed it. But it seems like your just speculating on what haarp could do. Once again im not tryin to be rude but what I find interesting is the actual patents related to the applications of haarp. Im sure they have been posted on here numerous times but I really dont know how to post off site material or anything of the such so.

I know there are plenty of other threads for us to discuss all this on but what are your feelings on haarp and what it is used for?
