Hello another disgusted American

Long time lurker probably 5 years at least. I came here to talk with others that have similar ideas and interests. I served in the Army and in the National Guard. Very patriotic family, father a Marine. We are ready for the STHTF.
I am so sick of the way the world is going to today. Really its our government that has me really pi$$ed -off. We have no jobs no money people in the streets but yet we give millions and millions of dollars to foreign powers. What a load of crap.
Our boarders are a joke - but we send troops all over the world to defend freedom - I just dont know what to do about any of it. It makes me sick to sit here and watch while the greatest place on earth goes down the toliet.
I could go on and on about all of this but I will save something for later.

On a bright side we (my family) are very self sufficient, we are stocked and have a plan.

I feel the same way... WHAT do we do? I have 8 or 9 months of food stashed and my friends have 0... and they look at me like I'm crazy when I talk about the REAL world? I know they will be knocking as soon as SHTF and I will share (just how I am) even when I will want to say (Told you so)... I wont. I fear the karmic consequences of killing a person,I know this will be my undoing.With all that said...
