MSNBC seems to be having too many technical difficulties lately. Col. Steven Kleinman, Snr. Intelligence Officer of USAF, appeared as a guest discussing the futility of interrogation methods like waterboarding and torture as a means to extract sensitive information: " Interrogation is all about accessing someone's uncorrupted and reliable memory. It's a science and not art. And, what we know about the human memory is that inter-personal, environmental and intra-personal factors will actually disrupt and make it psychologically impossible to recall facts, dates and events accurately. It's not reliable."
