I'm a bit of a newbie so please be kind to this "dumb" question:

What is the difference between Above Top Secret and Below Top Secret?

ATS is for discussion of pertinent and "serious" topics.
Not for just everyday "chit chat"

BTS is for the lighter side of life (normally) and just having fun.
Not too much seriousness goes on over there

The way I look at it, ATS is the meat and potatoes, gotta have it to survive. BTS is dessert, yummy.

ATS = FACTS

BTS = FUN STUFF

ATS = BETTER BECAUSE OF POINTS
