It took a lot of gall to go live on the air and try to form opinions that nearly everyone could follow. It didn't go the way you planned, as was to be expected, but, it was truly a noble effort. Right now, I'm emailing Boy, hopefully to clarify to him what you may have wanted to say, from my own point of view. I'll post the email on here when I've finished.

Of course they did, it would be the same reaction as the majority of the country who watch and listen to the MSM and never question what they see and hear. The OP made this out to be a grand production without any sort of backup to aid him along, so when the questions started rolling in he was completely unprepared. Dates of Osama's multiple deaths would have been handy to have jotted down, along with names of those who announced the deaths.

Yes, opinions play into conspiracy theories, but these guys weren't solely looking for opinions. It sounded to me like they were fishing for "facts" to move the conversation along, and instead got some nonsense about anyone who lied being part of a bigger conspiracy. So you can't blame them for basically mocking him when all was said and done, can you?

First, I would like to thank you for giving UberL33t the opportunity to voice his opinions. I am a fellow member of AboveTopSecret.com, and as with him, my own opinions don't reflect those of ATS as a whole, nor it's members (including UberL33t himself.) My screenname on ATS is Dephyle. I write this to you hoping that you may read some of it on the air to clarify a few points to your listeners, as UberL33t was clearly out of his element live on the radio.

There are many points of view as to why conspiracy theorists believe whatever they do in regards to Osama bin Laden. Those that believe he was not killed in the May 1st action in Abbottabad, Pakistan, may follow the idea that there is no proof of his death. Think of it this way, most, including myself, believe his death based simply upon the fact that we know there was an operation in Abbottabad, and we've been told by our President that this lead the the killing of Osama bin Laden. There is no hard proof, however, as the pictures haven't been released. Also, the corpse of bin Laden was disposed of within 24 hours in accordance with Muslim tradition, however, it was "buried at sea" opposing Muslim traditions.

The reason, I believe, UberL33t was unable to directly answer when he was asked for proof, is there is no proof for his argument, either. Many members of ATS follow the term "defy ignorance." To defy ignorance is to take what evidence you may find from various sources and postulate your own opinion based upon the most credible of venues. As with the mainstream opinions, there is generally little proof to "conspiracy" opinions. The fact of the matter is unless you were the brave Navy SEAL that put an end to OBL, your only proof is that which you've been told.

Look they wanted some sensational claim on how OBL died, when the truth is none of us know.

We may have our theories, some believe the OS and others that he had died a while back, but without evidence none of us could know, so they remain theories.

Uber's intentions were noble by trying to explain why he is a CT, but that doesn't make for good radio, unless you are on C2C or the like.

I believe Uber wanted to talk about the reasons for releasing the OBL death news at this specific time, what other news was being buried?. They didn't even go down this avenue and I think this threw him somewhat imo.

It's not about being able to debate with someone who has a differing P.O.V. I would stay away from Mainstream, simply because they are not really interested and want to make CT's look like douches.

i'm not gonna say uber did a horrible job, but was a tad unprepped for this interview. the advantage of forums, has it's disadvantages as well.

: (advantage) forums give you the ability to discuss matters and topics with time to formulate your ideas, edit and rethink the same idea before posting them for others to see/debate.

(disadvantage) when presenting the same ideas with direct feedback/debate with people, in person/phone or radio...there is little time to formulate clear responses that support your point of view, so you have to be sharp.

i've spoken on radio before and it's daunting to say the least, it's a dynamic arena and easy to lose train of thought or go the wrong way.

either way, i applaud your effort and it's cool to at least hear what you sound like...now ATS radio is calling you!

I don't disagree with anything you just said, spot on.
But Uber should have been prepared, he was telling everyone he was going to do this and that... people warned him, he ignored it.

Instead of "handing out invites" he should have written some notes, had dates down... had a Point
