i know it was not directed at me, your right about certain people not believing it no matter what, i thought you were tarring anybody with the same brush who wants to see proof, maybe i was wrong.

even though there will always be some who never believe certain things, i do believe there are a vast majority who would change their opinion or stance based on presented evidence. my opinion is that releasing the photo would give back some credibility in alot peoples eyes where governemnts etc are concerned, it would prove they are telling the truth in this case so they do not always lie and would squash a lot of theories surronding osama. inturn it would prove alot of what certain people say to be false and would lead people to question the rest of their material.

maybe i just want to beable to say with 100% certainity that they are telling the truth because at the moment it is a case of being told it happened but not really having anything to confirm it just means there will always be a chance in my mind that they could be lieing. maybe that is the best we will get.

I just dont see how the photos of Osama dead are any more graphic or any more hatred inciting than the thousands of photos or videos of the innocent dead men women and children from the Iraw , Afghan wars !

But, to be honest, we all know that all the people demanding for pictures as hard evidence are the same ones who are going to call any pictures released hoaxes anyway. Maybe there's a conspiracy, maybe the White House thinks it has better things to do than pander to critics who will never accept any amount of evidence, ever...no matter what, unless it is evidence exposing a conspiracy.

Sorry, but most Americans (like you as I read) apparently have difficulty to place themselves in the shoes of persons from different cultures, and think that everybody is the same as them. No Mr. President, no citizen should have to simply accept any offical proclamation, no matter how welcomed, until some evidence has been presented. What precidence are you setting up where the citizens of the united states will simply take the word of a politician with no evidence to back up claims.

This is not some wacky conspiracy theory in the fringe your ignoring, this will become mainstream and every day you do not make evidence public is every day the people will lose both faith and respect in not just your office, not just the military establishment, but the entire political structure.

The government has think tanks that sit in a room and project potential outcomes. These guys are professional statisticians and psychologists. They know how your going to react in a general manner based on polls and observations. They know if the American people are going to be pissed off or not, im sure they know that by not releasing these pictures the public will be growing ever more distrustful of TPTB.

So this is either a F#ck you to the US citizens saying we dont give a crap if you believe us or not.
Or this is being done on purpose to start civil unrest and riots so they can step in and beat the Sh!t out of you.

unfortunately for them all the years of fast food and fluoridated water have turned the population into a bunch of fat babies. So they will have to keep turning up the heat untill something pops. AND thats when TSHTF.

People only need to think about this and ask some simple questios to realise it doesn't make much sense.

They said that originally they were going to strike Bin Laden's compound with a missile, but Obama decided against that as he felt there wouldn't be enough evidence for people to believe Bin Laden had been killed.

So instead a special forces assault is authorised. They kill Bin Laden and allegedly get evidence but refuse to release it and then dump his body in the sea. Therefore we have no choice to accept what the government says or be branded as "crazy" or a "conspiracy theorist."

The evidence is not to be released incase it incites more terrorist attacks, even though they are already warning us to be afraid of revenge attacks that could come at any time, now that they've killed Bin Laden rather than actually bring him in alive.

Isn't it odd that they didn't bring him in alive?

What would make me convinced is seeing the video from the helmet camera up until bin laden is shot and that what the vido shows is consistent with the narrative presented.

Until then I don't believe a word of this fairy tale.

I was watching Fox New's morning show (don't judge me), and one of the hosts made mention of a senator or government official who saw a supposed photo of Osama Bin Laden after he was killed, and made the definitive claim that "Osama is dead, the picture I saw proves it." Then chided conspiracy theorists for not believing Osama was dead.

Well turns out the picture he saw was photoshopped, and after that I just started laughing, nodding my head and thinking to myself "what an idiot." So that begs the question, if an elected official could be duped, why can't so many other people? Why, even if genuine pictures were released, should they be considered anything other than doctored photos?

The argument that "even if pictures were released conspiracy theorists would just say they're doctored" doesn't really even hold ground unless those pictures were scrutinized by a third party. Why should people automatically believe things otherwise?

The Bin Laden followers are outraged and are saying that it is a lie and a publicity stunt to help Obama in the next election and they want to see a picture because they don't believe he is dead,,,I am not an Obama fan but if I was him I would do a new address to the OBL followers and say "If you think I'm lieing, then I urge you to try to get a hold of him,,,go by his house,,,call him,,text him,,or email him and see if he replies",,,,if they are closely linked to him,,,they will eventually believe that he is #ing gone.
