Great look at the BS and misunderstanding of software used by the Alex Jones people. Before anyone beings to say "HE'S PART OF THE CONSPIRACY" the author of this video is the former Vice Chairman of the Libertarian Party of North Carolina. He has nothing to gain by Obama's Birth Certificate being true.

Thank you i watched both the videos. Yours made my day. I never believed he was Born in the States ever since i heard about the Conspiracy even before they were calling people birthers. I heard about this alot from fringe websites on the net before his Campaign and now it seems it was true all along; Just another conspiracy! That turns out to be true.....

Zatkovich has 28 years experience in computer science and document management and for more than 10 years has been an expert witness providing testimony in federal court in both criminal and civil litigation. He confirmed that the multiple layers of the PDF document are anomalous.

I do hope it says something to some of the birthers with a rational mind that the same expert I am using to make my case is the same expert WND used to make their case.

The Hawaii Department of Health stated that they have a record of the birth certificate of Barak Obama. 2. A certificate was produced by the State of Hawaii and copied onto green safety paper, as per normal procedure. 3. The ‘Green copy’ was then scanned, presumably by the White House, to produce a PDF document. 4. The PDF document was then modified in some fashion (e.g. layers, white halo). All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document. Alex Jones may be a blowhard but many if not most of his guests are legit.

I just looked over the WND article and one snippet from your expert said this:

Zatkovich told WND that the White House image "has specific content extracted from that base layer and enhanced." He said, "This was done through an explicit operation to edit and/or enhance the printing in the document. There is no ambiguity here. There was an explicit action by a person to modify the document. … Mostly like to enhance the legibility, but still an explicit action none the less." He explained the analysis he did was similar to the analysis that routinely is done on evidentiary documents for cell phones and computers in cases involving child porn, fraud and murder cases. "The content clearly indicates that the document was knowingly and explicitly edited and modified before it was placed on the web," he said.

Did I miss something? It doesn't sound to me like your expert is backing your claims. You may want to read the article yourself.

Quite a bit. I linked the actual report which is quite different from the WND version of it as well as my emails with Ivan in another thread.

Don't you worry yourself about how I am feeling.

I would be happy to discuss any information I provided to ABC and WorldNetDaily that is currently appearing on WND. I did not state that any document was ‘fake’. But I did provide specific evidence that the document was modified /enhanced. I would be happy to provide the same report to you as I did to ABC.

Even though the WND article seems to somewhat sensationalize the information I provided, there is no speculation here. Just simple forensics.

I don’t think they reviewed my report. The report indicates that changes could have been made. But the pattern of changes suggests that the focus was on enhancing the legibility of the text, not in changing the content of the text.

Read the entire PDF without the WND spin on it and get back to me.

An enlargement shows that there is a white halo around most of the printing on the Certificate. It has
been suggested that these “suspicious white borders” indicate that items were pasted into the image.
The pasting of content itself does not necessarily create a white border. A more likely reason for this
Halo effect is that the text was enhanced.
It is a common practice when enhancing a document with text on a dark background to set off black text
with a white border to increase the contrast. If we look at the base layer, that appears to be exactly
what has occurred. The base layer of the document has a separate white outline for most of the text.
