Correspondents dinner the real black op?

There is no better way to distribute information than in person and when would be the best time to scheme on something that would be a Hoax of epic proportions. At the correspondents dinner when the news agencys the goverment controls could turn the cameras on and off as they see fit, gathering the information and how and when it would be distributed and broadcast on national TV.

Could this have been there final meeting to get all the pieces in place?

I would assume that the correspondents dinner would be a place where highly secret information is discussed and exchanged no matter what the worlds current excitement is. I am very curious to know what will be discussed though.
