As you know each person who runs for President gets an current intel briefing, 2008 then canidate Obama, have such intel given to him, listen to what he is saying about the where abouts, and also they have intel photos of the compound, so anyone with knowlegde of the way things are done in DC should know they knew then about his where abouts.
