I kind of made it a point when I joined that I wasn`t going to make any threads of my own. Although I do sometimes have some interesting ideas, I`m
not an expert at anything and I spend a lot of time reading and posting on other member`s threads, so that`s another reason. It`s not that I`m
selfish, I just haven`t had anything crucial to bring to your attention...
...that is, until today. I woke up at about 7 and went for a walk like usual, and came back and watched tv for an hour seeing if any new
developments were made with the whole osama thing. And then I noticed, the time on the clock (analog) on my wall was wrong... "Damn" I thought "The
batteries must`ve died" But then I noticed... the second hand was STILL MOVING... BACKWARDS!
Yeah, so I was kinda like "Whatever, it must be acting weird cause the battery died" and I looked at it about 10 minutes later, and The Minute
hand had ALSO moved backward... It`s now 3:42 am and it`s STILL doing it. Although I`ve calculated that it isn`t moving as fast backwards as it did
forward. Leading me to believe maybe the battery is dying slowly. The time on it now is 11:44 and working backwards it would be 11:44pm. The second
hand is noticeably slower now than when I first noticed the "phenomenon"... I wonder what time it will stop at? The imaginative side of me wonders if
this is some kind of a countdown. Anyway, it`s the first time I`ve ever seen a clock run backward, so I thought I would share and see if anyone else
is having this happen or if cheap clocks are known to do this.
I don`t have a youtube account and I`m posting from my phone... *SNIP*. But I must prewarn you, the clock has spaces for photos to be inserted.
I kinda put topless women in all the spaces as a joke, and it just kinda stuck... It`s artistic, in it`s own way... Maybe tomorrow I can figure out
how to get the video onto a computer and upload it to ats media. I`ll shoot a video now and try to keep the nudity out of frame.
Oh and I`ve had the clock about 2 years and changed batteries about twice before and never had this happen. Usually when the battery dies it just
slows down and stops within about a half hour. fyi.
