Colonel Gaddafi’s compound was hit by an air strike in Tripoli on Saturday night. He escaped death, but three of his grandchildren and his youngest son were reportedly killed. However, Bin Laden's death effectively buried the news.
Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's 29-year-old son and three of his grandchildren were reportedly killed by a NATO air strike Saturday. All the children were said to be under 12 years old.
But within 24 hours, the US president announced the death of the world's most wanted terrorist – news which overshadowed anything coming from Libya.

I dont understand how they arrived at that conculsion but you have to understand they will always find ways to make things legal.
