This simply says Unlock it. Unlock what, where how, why .. it does not say.

Whats up with this stuff?

These were not replies from U2U's I sent.. my last u2u was 2 months before and not related to any of this. I can understand if an admin accidentally sent Unlock it to someone in reply to a question about something on the forum and just didnt mean to send it to everyone but the "nithaiah is your hero." is very odd indeed.

They were sent one day after the next at different times. nithaiah is one of the Hebrew 72 names of God. perhaps the admin wants me to unlock God's name?

Sounds a little too cryptic for my liking.

There was a small competition on to see who could crack it and unlock the new forums for use (Global issues and/or contrails I think).

This was the invite and also the winner.

It was very short lived and only lasted a few hours until it was cracked.

Another came shortly after but purely for fun's sake - I got a go in that one (but hee-hew applause or nowt by way of detection commission).

I expect there'll be more as time goes by, they do show how some members are capable of cracking cryptic codes with a minimum of specialist knowledge.
