You do realise that it's part of their religion to be buried within 24 hours? They've taken photos and ID'd him. The problem is, they're in a tricky position. If they don't bury him, they risk more terrorist attacks. If they release their photographs, they risk even more terrorist attacks. The best solution is to just kill him so that regardless of whether or not anyone believes you, the threat has been handled.

Yeap two wrongs don't make a right. They are murderes. No better than the terrorists.
