What in the hell could be worth celebrating right now? Even if this is truly Bin Laden, and he was truthfully killed last week... What could it
possibly matter?
Does it change the fact that soldiers from many countries across the world are still in the meat-grinder that is the middle-east, killed every week,
along with men, women and children of the indigenous population there. Basically the world is 100 times worse than it was when this all started, and
one of the reasons it truly started was because America wanted it's vengeance on one man, and his supposed Al Qaeda.
So are you happy America? Do you think it was all worth it? Your bogeyman is dead. Even as I type this, someone overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan is
being killed, either by direct action or because of the civil conflicts started there. So go ahead and wrap yourselves in your flags, and blare your
silly "country" music, then get on here and type with liberal amounts of exclamation points. Because in the end it changes nothing.
Bin Laden was supposedly killed last week, and it changes nothing. A man that didn't matter at all, for over 5 years now, except for the dimwits who
think the middle-eastern war is a Hollywood movie production. Your bloodlust and vengeance has brought on the deaths of thousands of troops from all
over the world, and tens of thousands if not 100,000+ of Iraqis and Afghanis killed. This is not to mention the horribly wounded, both physically and
mentally.
You could at least have the humility to recognize this man's death doesn't matter, and quite literally could make things exponentially worse by
celebrating it. Wake up.
