How strange this should come out within a day or two of a thread here on ATS specifically discussing the fact the Bin Laden was killed a decade ago, admitted to by the government and military, and now we have this announcement..

There are many YT videos, of the official record stating that Bin Laden ***WAS NEVER SOUGHT IN CONNECTION WITH 9/11***..

He was *NEVER* hunted for involvement in 9/11.

This is a *FACT*...check up yourselves, and you'll see exactly how large a barrel of BS this 'announcement' really is.

It always was a rouse to get your (and our) forces into Afghanistan...*FALSE FLAG EVENT*..and this announcement is total proof.

If nobody else digs up the videos of the FBI saying that Bin Laden is *NOT* wanted for 9/11, i'll post them.

I posted it too as soon as i heard. What do you think it could be??

All I have to say is it was very convenient that he decided too wait until Donald Trump was on t.v. Obama took up the entire hour to do a 5 min speech.

Agreed!!watching those sheep, ups i mean people cheering on was very disturbing.
It's scary watching these brain washed people because its obvious they would beleive anything goverment tells them.

Its as if they've gone too deep and there is no way out into reality to them.
Sad to say the least

And so it continues.
Obama's ratings are in the crapper, the population is getting uppity due to the financial raping of their country by the bankers, in which the politicians are complicit, and ...hey presto!... they kill the number one bogeyman! Everyone rejoice and all hail Obama!

Does anyone really think anything will change? I see this as nothing more than a precursor to ramping up the death and destruction we have seen so far. After all, the military industrial machine has grown so big, along with it's privatised support roles, they are not going to want to scale anything back... the beast has become so huge now and it needs feeding and only continued war will quench it's thirst for ever more money and discarded lives.

Maybe a false flag event or two, and a new bogeyman will help to keep the ball rolling along nicely.

Hey y'all, BIG NEWS

I found Jimmy Hoffa!

...but I dumped the body at sea.

So you're just gonna have to take my word for it.

Celebrating anyone’s death like they’re doing is absolutely pathetic. Even if it’s true, great. Fine, but what difference will it make? What positive difference anyway, now there is an army of people waiting to step up and prove themselves as #1 Baddie. There's nothing to celebrate, now you just have to brace yourselves for 9/11-2

I've heard for years that bin Laden died from kidney problems, shortly after 9/11.

Reckon the CIA killed their own man to keep him quiet?

I still wouldn't vote for Obama ...

Buried at Sea? They had to go 1000 miles to the nearest sea to do it. So they took him by helicopter, then an aircraft to the nearest aircraft carrier? Why? I am just not buying it..

Faux news said that they buried him at sea because they didnt want his worshippers having a place to set up a memorial to him. And they also said that NO pictures have been released yet. All the pics on the net right now are fake according to them.

I dont know if this has been mentioned or not, but it seems funny that they kill the guy right after Obama starts his presidential campaign. What a way to get people to vote for you, being known as the President who got Bin Laden....

Those idiots chanting USA! USA! outside the white house should read-up that it was Pakistani Forces who put this memo out that they 'allegedly' shot him. US forces haven't been close to capturing him since 2004, think of all those billions pumped into Afghanistan finding this guy. The infastructure America destroyed and the lives on both sides lost.
If these Americans want to celebrate that and call it 'progression' then I think i'll remain the 'crazy one' and at least show some self-respect for myself and fellow being.

Wholeheartedly agree. Notice, though, how it is really youths standing there, cheering. The older generation knows a lot more of what this all boiled down to in history. These morons are just chanting, because they desperately need a national identity and they have none left.

I can't believe the compound he was killed in was only 200 meters from a military base... really.

There is no such Islamic tradition of burying people at sea. This is utter nonsense.

And those pics are fake, the Daily Mail took them down themselves.

Are you Islamic?

en.wikipedia.org...

Exceptions The sacred texts of Islam prefer burial on land so deep that its smell does not come out and the beasts of prey do not dig it out. However, if a person dies at sea, and it is not possible to bring the body back to land before decay, burial at sea is allowed. A weight is tied to the feet of the body, and the body is lowered into the water. This would preferably occur in an area where the remains are not immediately eaten by scavengers. Also, if it is feared that an enemy may dig up the grave and exhume the body, it is also allowed to bury the deceased at sea to avoid mutilation.[20]

I am islamic and I've never experienced or heard of a burial at sea myself... Does it mean there is no such thing? of course not, but it is hardly an islamic "tradition"... ;-)

Yeah, I know wikipedia stated otherwise but who's writing these articles...? people like you and me... so it's subjective and not more true than anything stated in ats...

I'm a muslim. While I'm pretty sure Osama bin Laden is dead, and I'm delighted that he's dead; I just wanted to say that this Islamic-tradition-of-burial-at-sea thing is nonsense. You only bury people at sea if they die at sea.

Edit: And I see you've posted wikipedia links. Those are very extreme circumstances where you might decide to bury someone at sea and it is something that is virtually never done, but it is by no means a tradition.

It is also to stop "mutilation" that is also part of the Islamic Burial EXCEPTIONS. not just dying at sea. You didn't read the whole quote.

Do you want a shrine and pilgrimages to his burial spot? Like Lennon? or perhaps people going over to piss on it and risk confrontation sparking?

edit on 2-5-2011 by moogins because: (no reason given)

Really? A shrine? Pilgrimages? Islam must have a pretty bad image for you to think anyone will make pilgrimages to his burial spot. Believe me, his death is being celebrated just as much by muslims as it is by the West. The amount of damage he has caused to the image of Islam, and the fact that he's killed thousands and thousands of muslims means that any muslim in their right mind would hate this guy.

And as far as mutililations and all that is concerned, was Sadaam Hussein buried at sea?

And like I said, this may happen under very very exceptional circumstances; but it is anything but a tradition. I wouldn't be surprised if Osama is the only one who this rule has ever been applied to.

I am giggling due to the mainstream media and certain peoples reactions to this. It is pseudo news. There IS no event to cheer for, because there is no al qaeda, no al qaeda leader and certainly no al qaeda leader, who orchestrated 911.

This entire thing is like cheering for the death of Lee Harvey Oswald. Cmon now...

If that happened I would believe it. It would be reasonable to do so.

But, when your goverment says something, it is reasonable not to believe them.

So I guess the celebrations that took place after Hitler offed himself were in poor taste also?? Wars may be different today but a bad guy is still a bad guy. Anyone who orders and plans the deaths of thousands of innocents deserves to be hung drawn and quartered.

If I had lost family in 911, I damn sure would be celebrating the death of Osama.
