ATS Prayer Circle

Don't know if this has been done before on here, but I've been wanting to do this for a while. Many of us have problems in our lives, be it health, family, finances or many other things. I just thought it might be nice if anyone wanted to include an extra person in their prayers. You don't have to give specifics, as I believe that's between you and god. But if you would like a extra little prayer said for you or would like to say a prayer for someone on here on ATS, then that would be great. All faiths and religions and even non-faiths welcome.

I want to include all of the sick children in Africa.

God doesn't appear to be answering their prayers.

Perhaps the answer is that we are suppose to help them. Maybe the rest of us are the answer to help their suffering.

I do have a request if anyone reads this. It's not for me, but for a friend with a health problem. I would greatly appreciate your prayers. Thanks.

May God pour out his healing love and mercy upon your friend. May God also compel those who are willing and able to assist the downtrodden and suffering in all corners of our planet.

I ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour.

Have faith my friend and remember these three simple words 'God is love'

I am living testimony to these words - for some strange reason he chose to wake my from a very deep slumber as far as faith goes in February. I am still trying to figure out why, but here I am - awake and aware.

You know, if you don't want to be involved in prayer, then don't get involved.

Just because your heart has become hardened by a lack of belief does not mean that every other person on the planet shares your view or wants to be saved from themselves and the so called slavery of their beliefs.

To me God is love. Pure and simple. I was cured by him, many years ago through the Virgin Mary. I know you will scoff at that, but I was and I have nothing to gain other than your disdain from telling you this.

If you don't believe that then good on you. Have a great life. May you be happy and prosperous. But stop trying to ruin other peoples beliefs

We had an ATS Prayer circle some time ago...it's been kinda dead for awhile. I love the idea of having a prayer circle through a dedicated thread. Heck if you write and post the prayer in this thread and in the right frame of mind just reading the thread you will be in prayer.

A simple prayer for salvation:

Oh My Jesus, save us from the fires of hell
Bring all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of thy mercy
Amen
