Wise woman. You are correct, IMO. They are in cahoots. Trump has no self respect to lose, and hired himself out to Obama to make the Tea/GOP look more marginalized in the public perception.

better not have spent my tax money on laughs..... that would chap my hide some.

I actually don't have either of those, but it's not unusual for a high horse rider to take the low road, so I don't blame you for attacking me. We just saw our president do it, after all.

On the other hand, if they were in cahoots, why would Trump be there? Seems like he'd want to lay low and not be seen at an Obama function if they were trying to fool people into thinking they were adversaries. It's an interesting theory, but the GOP/Tea Party have been on self-destruct since the Tea Party came on the scene. Why bring Donald in to possibly mess up what was naturally happening?

It's an interesting theory, but the more I think about it, the more I doubt it. I guess I should go find the thread and see what kind of evidence people have on it.

I am not a Trump fan (yet) but Obama and Myers taking swipes at a seated 'guest' (this is a charity fundraiser afterall) seems tacky. A few jokes aimed at high profile Trump--yes. Making Trump NOT Obama the punchline of the evening (when Trump doesn't get a turn at the podium...not cool or right spirited).

Wait for it people...and the guest speaker next will be Paris Hilton..Its a sure bet and $$$$ in media revenue...

This has been going on for decades...

Its save to assume that Obama was informed well in advance of Trumps appearance. Other wise he would not have focused that long on Trump. He spend allot of time, compared to the other people he joked about.

Personally....I see alot of Trump bashing here.

I have to say that I like the guy. It might take a real gangster mentality to get us out of this mess that is known as the United States of America. I believe they are in cahoots somehow for some reason. Maybe Trump got the word that if he didn't back off the FEDs were going to start squeezing his business interests. The FEDs can make it rough on a man trying to make a buck.

Go Trump...tell it how it is.(not talking about the video content, he looks a little uneasy..lol)

Ps..Unfortunately I cannot vote. I do not call myself democrat, republican or whatever the flavor of the month is. I would like to have a president that tells it like it is. If it is bad, then say "it is bad."..If you want to go to war, then say why and do not lie.

The part where Obama says that Trump is going to turn the White House into a tacky casino is funny, yet at least casinos bring in money whereas Obama can only spend money.
