Perhaps you misnderstood. I did not state that traveling freely was not a right. I stated that FLYING is not a Constitutionally protected right. It's a privilege.

You can travel all you like. The right to use a privately owned aircraft in order to do that traveling is guaranteed NOWHERE. No one is stopping you from taking a long hike though.

Americans have a very confused idea of what their rights are. Do you think you have a right to drive my car and my not letting you is violating your rights? How about if I search you before you take my car?
