The directions are wrong and don't benefit the people as a whole,
only a select few groups. As for the NDP, I have hope that they won't mess it up,
hopefully... I wouldn't in their shoes, but then again, they're not me.

I agree that democracy is important, what I don't agree on is our current democratic system.
We shouldn't vote on political parties, we should vote on laws and decisions
that our nation makes, then and only then would we have no one else to blame but ourselves.

Taxing oil companies? We need to nationalize oil companies, you clearly think like the NDP and have no concept of economics, if the government raises taxes on oil, who do you think is going to pay for it? WE are, at the pump.

Tax banks? So, you want higher user fees every time you use one?

This could work one way, if Jack regulates these sectors, but again as I mentioned earlier, it WILL lead to job losses.

Our doctors don't leave our country because of more money abroad, they leave because there's no jobs here, that's the sad reality, we have what? 1, 2 doctors per hospital? I've been to the ER recently, one doctor in charge of the whole hospital, I think this is ridiculous. I asked why the service sucked, the lady at the desk told me that it was due to LACK OF FUNDING.

Monsanto needs to go, that's all I'll say on that topic.

If all they care about is profit, dominating the food market
while destroying farmers at the same time,
then they deserve to be shut down.

where do you get your information about no jobs for doctors?? If you know of any send them here because we need at least 4 more!! Sask is crying for them

Giving full power to just one group of cons is just wrong.
Having a minority government means that they will have to
watch/monitor each others' moves, that's a win win.
So vote for the under dogs > vote opposition

Lack of health care funding is what's causing our doctors to leave.
Increase health care funding, you get more doctors.
So yes, there is a need for doctors, but lack of funding means
not all of them who are qualified get the job.

Could any of our Canadian siblings keep us updated on some of the subtleties that we may not get here in the US and how the general mood of the Canadian people is. As you all have brought up interesting points, I thought it would be worthwhile to discuss - very important day.
