ESP Astral Projection, OOBES, Lucid dreaming

Does anyone here know of some great books on these topics? It was strange because yesterday I was at a library and the lady at the desk told me "this is the wrong kind of library for that" What the hell does that mean? Anyways, I'm not looking for stories, but practices and experiences. I thought I found one, but it was just crap. Can N E 1 help me out?
