How do masons feel about being the most widely discussed group in the Secret Society forums?
Offended? Confused? Amused?

I think they use their hands.

Amused and occasionally frustrated. But let's face it, anything anyone would write on the Bildebergs, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR, the Bohemian Grove attendees, or the Skull & Bones would likely just be wild speculation, because there isn't very much information out there.

Ironically, I think one of the reasons Masonry is demonized like it sometimes has been is because there's more material available for people to misinterpret. The REAL secret societies are operating so far beneath the radar, they're not a popular topic of discussion.

The Trilateral Commission, the Bliderbergs and the CFR don't appear to have any hazings and initiations, that we can subject them to ridicule and humiliation over; they appear to be primiarily groups of powerful Capitalists and state terrorists and their general agenda is quite well understood from their own propaganda and publications, which appears to be generally the global economic amd military domination of the International Dictatorship of Capitalism.

The Skull and Bones, while also being generally and anti-Communist organisation of Capitalist elites, appears to also have Masonic style BDSM type hazing and humilation rituals, so it is understandable why they would perhaps want to be secretive about that for the same reason as the Freemasons.

The kind of stuff which goes on at Bohemian Grove, in terms the pagan pantomime theatre regarding "Moloch," goes on all the time in Glastonbury, which is one of Europe's Neopagan Capitals; in fact the Mayday "Witches Ball" which I am planning on going to in Glastonbury this evening would probably be considered even more "Satanic," and "anti-Christian" than the rather boring, tame and desexualised all male Bohemian Grove rituals. The major differences between what goes on in Glastonbury all the time and what goes on at Bohemian Grove seems to be essentially that the Bohemian Grove is an club for economic elites and that women are forbidden, whereas Glastonbury Paganism is rather more maternalistically driven and feminist.

Further since Bohemian Grove is notorious for it's homosexual orgies and rent boys who service the wealthy all male clientel, I think that there is a similar reason for secrecy as with Masonry, which is of course also notorious for it's all male BDSM style homo-erotic ritual humiliation and obedience training; perhaps the Freemasons and Boheman Grove club members just don't want their wives to find out what goes on at their all male clubs; however it is the modern world and there is not the same stigma attached to gay BDSM or being a submissive, collared (cabletow-ed) sex slave. Perhaps if the Freemasons were more open about their homo-erotic BDSM style hazing rituals, they would attract less misunderstanding and more sympathy; after all in comparison to what goes on the gay clubs, saunas and bars of the world on a daily basis, the Masonic hazings are rather tame really.

Further if the Masons really wanted to change their image, perhaps they chould refuse membership to heterosexuals, the police, the military and the banking community and recruit only among atheists who are already part of the gay BDSM lifestyle; that might not stop the Christians referring to them as Satanists however, though personally I consider the Masons to be entirely unworthy of the title "Satanic" as they appear to be instead to be devotees of the same Capitalist devil whom the Christians revere, and who is referred to as "God.".

You come to expect it, honestly. Freemasonry is older and more widely recognized than most if not all of the others.

Couldn't care less really if other peoples life is so boring and lacking in social intercourse that they are forced to make a masonic conspiracy out of anything and claim we are taking over the world, or either they are so butthurt that the Masons wont admit them because they are a nut job and thus need to vilify Masonry and say we are devil worshipers and closet homos etc.. thats no skin off my back.
