Today’s Space Shuttle Endeavor launch has been canceled today and for at least 48 hours
Due to a technical problem,
“Two failed heaters
In auxiliary power unit number 1”


a problem that requires the fuel tanks to
Be drained in order to trouble shoot.

The Launch director will speak
But he needs 15-30 minutes
He will explain what is going on in more depth

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - NASA has called off Friday's launch of space shuttle Endeavour because of a heater failure.

Commander Mark Kelly and his crew were on their way to the launch pad, when NASA halted the countdown. The astronauts' van did a U-turn, and returned the astronauts to crew quarters.

NASA spokesman George Dillard says the next try will be Sunday at the earliest.

So when is the next Pagan holiday? They will schedule the launch for that day.

They will probably do it on "May Day" its a holiday for the REAL Americans BUT...as distress call also....Mayday...Mayday....911......

Wasn't the president supposed to be attending the launch? I see him now on Fox News in Tuscaloosa, AL talking about the tornadoes... I'm sure he could have made it to the launch in 2 and 1/2 hours, but seems that would have been cutting it close. Did he cancel his trip to see the launch in order to go to Alabama?

Or, was the launch scrubbed so that he wouldn't miss out on it?

ETA: Nevermind, what I was watching was earlier today and he has headed to Cape Canaveral.

Not funny and if you knew ANYTHING about launches you would realize how stupid you sound. There are certain guidelines and criteria for a launch and a damn pagan holiday isn't one..
