It's impossible to not be perfect from the perspective of everything. The local perspective may just be perfectly unaware of its perfection.

It's like a part of the Mandlebrot Set thinking it should be different than it is. If it were different than it is, the entire fractal would be different as well... and it would still be perfectly suited to *that* version of the Mandlebrot.
