I shall not be watching the Royal Wedding tonight, I will focus my Attention on more important thing

I wanted to make this post to let people know that I will not be watching the Royal Wedding tonight. I will be however watching other world events and spending time with family and friends.

I just wanted people to know that even though the media is programming the population in Australia that everyone will be watching this. I will not be giving my energy to this event.

Its not that I hate the royals or weddings I just don't appreciate the way the media has directed the population carte blanc to glue themselves to this event. The BBC even Censored the Chasers Comedy outtake on this event. Threatening the ABC to remove their viewing rights if they did.

No I shall not be viewing a Royal wedding tonight. I will however perhaps share a warm brazier out back and spend time having a cool drink with friends and appreciating what really truly matters to me.

I thought it was pretty sad when 1)two days ago my boss yelled down the hall, "Woo-hoo! More days until the wedding!" and 2) said she was going to go to bed way early so she could wake up and watch the wedding live instead of just staying up and being too tired in the morning.

Pretty...effing...sad...

They seem like nice kids. I didn't invite the royal family to my wedding, so I didn't expect an invite to theirs.

So, it may be nice, but it's not going to change my schedule any.

What can be more fascinating then watching some of the most wicked people in the world come together in a single place? I will definitely be watching with one hand on my heart and the other on my satanic bible.

i think its sad that someone feels the need to make a thread to tell us all that they will not be watching the royal crapshow..i thought it was what most people were planning on doing...even tho im curious to see if anything happens which probably wont....it will be like watching a nascar race and not seeing any crashes...whats the point?

It was more of an observation on the way the lame stream media has been working over here. Well also a counterpoint to their inference that "everyone will be watching" A spit in an ocean sure but at least its a voice.

Eh, watch it. You just made a big deal of it by coming online to announce you're not watching it so it MUST be important to you to an extent. It's merely a wedding, nothing else.

All ATSers should watch it for the benefit of one last chance to vent about it because many ATSers have made threads about the wedding, criticizing it, blaming the media for making a big deal of it yet instead of revolting by NOT talking about it, you guys talk about it because it's in the news -- that's pretty much the definition of "sheep".

Once it becomes irrelevant then people will talk whatever else bloats the news. Maybe a new "illuminati" video by Lady Gaga.

I'm up all the time so maybe ill watch... I dont care about any wedding/funeral but maybe something will get blown up.

My prediction: some drunk, naked, British dude smelling like Scotch and cheese will nonchalantly insinuate himself at some point during the wedding.

Like I said, if it wasn't important to you, you would not have wasted the effort to make a big announcement about it on the internet. Obviously, it IS important to you and you came here for a pat on the back or something for your "efforts."

They actually think that millions of people will be watching. I really don't think so. The royals heads must be sooo inflated, i think i can see it on the horizon. I hope the tabloids follow them everywhere they go and catch every low down incident that occurrs. That way they can plaster it all over the world. More facists, just what everyone needs. I like some of the people, but, i do not like the royals. I bow down to no one. I think that they should all dress up as CLOWNS for the wedding. All that money spent on the wedding, sickenning. They make me sick. I'm sure all of the ELITES will be there. Hint, hint. I believe they need to let all the hot air out, because all the facists will be there. Interesting, not the wedding, but i wonder who is on the guest list. I'm sure sir Elton will be there. I wonder, if the royals give you a sir name and you were invited to the wedding, but did not go, would they take that sir name, title away from you? I bet that 95 percent of ATS does not watch the royals wedding. I would rather watch leave it to beaver or bewitched.

I will not be watching either and not because I hate my life, but because it starts around 4am Eastern Time, US and that's just too early for me to get up. Maybe if they pushed it back a few hours, no?

Time for the netflix!!!!!!!

Personally I think it beats watching the Detention centres burning, perhaps that is the idea.
