You guys are funny.
These are lucrative income opportunities for for-profit prisons and their investors. Every time a person gets away with smoking hash--these people are losing money.
Would you really want to live in a society where a fascist population collectively prevents another from making money? Outrageous!
This bill is as American as apple pie.

I checked your link. Sitting here, sober as a judge, wondering why there are no flags, no response icons, no way to add anything? What's the deal???

I see your thread is on probation, as this is a Family Friendly site. GR is a masterpiece. I lifted a few lines from it because it was relevant. The powers that used to be use alliteration all the time, as I pointed out. Family Friendly makes me sick to my stomach, and I am surprised ats uses such obvious control phrases.
Essentially, one character barges in at a meeting of the Gross Suckling Committee meeting and does a raindance on their dinner buffet, while rattling off a few choice dishes. One of his accomplices points out that all the dishes he's naming are alliterative, and chimes in. Pynchon lost a Pulitzer Prize because he told the truth in graphic detail. He also warns us of this day.
I am straight as an arrow, otherwise I'd be strumming a guitar and watching the trees sway, a-and listening for the sound of an automobile coming up the drive. Memories of Caroline keep me going until I can straighten myself out with the proper micronutrients.

Under current Oklahoma law, being convicted of cultivating or selling marijuana can result in sentence of up to life in prison.
