These are lucrative income opportunities for for-profit prisons and their investors. Every time a person gets away with smoking hash--these people are losing money.

Sad but true as long as people like bob barker own the prison's the lawmaker's price will never be right.Something has to give soon or I fear many unfit for jail people will find themselves in trouble.

When you put this kind of penalty on such a victim-less crime, you can expect cops to be killed out of desparation (though, I am not sure who so desparately wants to make hash oil except for those trying to CURE SKIN CANCER e.c.t).

I see your thread is on probation, as this is a Family Friendly site. GR is a masterpiece. I lifted a few lines from it because it was relevant. The powers that used to be use alliteration all the time, as I pointed out. Family Friendly makes me sick to my stomach, and I am surprised ats uses such obvious control phrases.

First of all, good luck finding any. I havent even seen hash in probably ten years. Second, get a freakin life and stop worrying that someone somewhere is actually out enjoying their time and experiencing life on this planet and not holed up in a barn somewhere molesting goats and reading a bible.

Also, I can see why possessing hash would lead to a life sentence since so many drug wars are being fought in the streets of the US over hash and not crack or meth or the other 200 illicit drugs they cant manage to stop from being produced and used.

Such bull#. More money into the pharmaceutical pocket's. Would be smart if more states followed the California stance on cannabis. They have a great system going where you actually need a physician's recommendation to be able to buy marijuana legally. Its not perfect and of course not everyone uses the drug for medicinal purposes, but for a plant that has little to no ill side effects its not really an issue in my eyes.
