US cop slaps and then punches girl in face.

You will need to go to the following link to see the video unfortunately its the only source i can find so far, but its quite unbelievable if you ask me, first he slaps her, she retaliates and then he comes in with a huge punch to the face, way over the top if you ask me, whats wrong with just pulling her away and hand cuffing her, why punch her? exsessive force if you ask me.

Apparently they're perpetually "fearing" for their lives but still he "feared for his life" and that makes everything okay.

Disgusting. For 'the land of the free and the home of the brave', it seems to me like police are the most terrified group of people out there, yet also the most willing to exercise excessive authority and demands. You'd figure their ongoing militarization would make better men of them?

Never, EVER call the police. Arm and defend yourself, stand up for others in need. Remember, the police are always only minutes away - when you need them in seconds. Hopefully the don't arrest, beat, or kill you when they finally show up.

DISCLAIMER: I know there are good police, etc., out there - but can you afford to risk it? Remember, they have no obligation or legal requirement to protect or defend us citizens from anything, the courts have set precedent saying as much.

Look at all those brave patriots standing around videoing a 120 pound girl getting this # kicked out of her by TWO male cops.

If anyone sees this in person, they should shoot first, ask questions later. That is deadly assault and that girl could have been brain damaged.

My boyfriend says she had it coming. I am shocked to hear those words come out of his mouth. Just when you think you know someone, eh?.......
What I saw was her "holding" him, or trying to stop the pulling or shoving that was going on with the cop and her friend. He had no right whatsoever to slap her in the face, and then punch her for retaliating. Wrong is wrong, and hitting her in the face was definitely wrong.
I better watch out the next time I try to hold on to my beau, I wonder if he'll slap me too if he thinks she deserved that

The ongoing militarization is concurrent with an ongoing practice of hiring to lower standards:

Americans...everyone thinks they're in a movie...although Im mostly against cops this chick just had it coming.

She had nothing coming, she touched him on his left arm (looked like she was trying to push him back) and than he just slapped her, so please do tell why she had it coming?

How did she have it coming?
Was she wielding a knife or a weapon of any sort?
Was she waving her fists in his face?
The person he was trying to get out of that booth obviously wasn't that much of a concern for public safety. Both cops left her to tackle that girl to the ground.
Couldn't they have detained her in the first place, then go back for the original suspect? Couldn't one of them keep working on the original suspect while the other one detains the young lady?
Sorry, when there are options like those, these guys have no excuse.

God no wonder she went mad, If a pig did that to you, you would want to destroy them. Who is he. he's just a man in a uniform, but guess that means he can punch a women in the face who is half his size.

Hope he gets done for it.

He didn't slap her. He pushed her head away, she went apesh!t and he punched her. *shrugs* Here's an idea...don't start beating on a cop like some maniac and you'll won't get punched.
