Obama's LFBC has CIA-61 handwritten on it - ATS Exclusive

Believe it or not. I found this by accident while trying
to work with the layers in Obama's LFBC.

As this image shows, Obama's LFBC has handwritten
sets of text throughout the document if you use the right
color coding to find it. I stumbled onto the correct color
codes to reveal this handwritten text.

Allen Welsh Dulles was head of the CIA in 1961
when Obama was supposed to be born in HI.
The presence of AWGD could be initials with
an added code for confirmation. But there is
no mistake of the CIA-61 text part.

I felt this find was worthy of it's own thread
As it directly connects Obama's birth to the CIA.

But don't take my word for it, you do your own
research

first question.. how was an xray of the BC performed?

I will review more but that was the immediate thought.

Besides the fact i have no idea how a scan like that was done, this is interesting...

well I call it an x-ray cause of the way it looks
in my image editor. Actually it is just playing
around with the different color codes, slight
adjustment here and there and it revealed
this and I happened to see it and brought it here
for all to speculate

undoubtedly the hand written text got lifted
off the original as a shadow color and transferred
to the copy Obama released. This happens some times
as what some call background noise

Also what program did you use to get that color scheme? Seems pretty clear to me, expecially the CIA-61... Have you noticed anything else on the whole document?

I'm a little confused..

Where did your source image come from?
What is the process you used to color correct?
What exactly did you X-Ray?
Why would they spell it "CiA?"

I downloaded it from the internet.
I used the white background version.
If you use the green background version
it hides the text even further.

Where is the link to the white background version? I would love to play with this a bit and see what I can see.

Now that's an awseome find. No reason for the CIA to have a box of old Hawaiian BC Certs laying around, unless your into Clandestin Identies. Just kiddind about them having a box of BC's. But I had heard something about him somehow involved with the CIA at some point before he ran for office. I don't recall what it was about, but I do remember talking about it. If you recall the Intelligence Community (all 16 agencies) were told to make this the smoothest transistion between Administrations in 40 years. I wonder if they screwed up and this was some attempt at fixing their original screw up, now only to mess it up worse.

Or, it was messed up on purpose to give the issue more life going into a another election year. After all, he went on the View and they claimed it is Racist, which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If he didn't spend millions trying not to release it, then it wouldn't have been an issue.

It just seems too convienient for it to show up right now. I hadn't heard a whole lot about it except for Trump. Most of what has been going on has to do with the economy, the budget, the deficit, and now this has to come out. Maybe there is something else going on and this is the red herring. After all, conspiracies abound around here everywhere.

So do you have an explanation for why the CIA would write in invisible ink on the original BC??

I personally see no reason to do that..
Just makes no sense.

as far as other hand written text. yes there is more
hand written text in the address block of Ann Dunham.
This is still a work in progress so I'm still hunting text.

They were need to help produce this forged document, to help push through the channels unchallenged that would be my assumption.

actually I do not know if it was invisible ink or not.
All I know is the OCR reader picked up the
shadow of the text and transferred it to the
copy that Obama distributed.

dude, you do not need my own editor
to find this text. you can use any editor
and adjust the coloring and contrast
to see it. my software is not necessary.

I cannot find the download link just yet

but the file name I have listed is

maybe that can help lead to the link where I d/l
it from. I think the link was listed in the other
Obama forgery thread. I think that's where
I got it from.
