These are very good questions. In the video debunking OCR as a cause of "layers" in the document, the video maker traces the tracks of additions made to the document, even to the point of noting the trail of commands to "rotate" the additions for aesthetic purposes, i.e., so that they will fit into the document better.

Which you haven’t that says ‘Negro,’ ‘Negroid’ or ‘Mongoloid.’ Or presented any supporting evidence or documentation that there were “only 3 options.”

The only way to tell either way is to find the BC of another Black or Black/white parents from that period or earlier.
Correct. And until you prove otherwise the DOH policy was to accept what the parents told them.
Till then Race is Race and Nationality is Nationality until specified otherwise.

This absolutely prooves it. Do you understand what is being said. It proves software was used to insert text. It was not due to OCR scanning

I haven't seen discussion of the serial number on the "birth certificate", 61 10641.
This would be very difficult to fake. Obama's father is already suspected of identity theft in procuring a Connecticut social security number for his son, I believe. The birth certificate number may be an example of a case where operatives working for Obama, looked through the serial numbers for that date, hoping to find someone, deceased and with no surviving relatives, whose number they could use. That number would be available.
The down side is that there may be other traces of that number elsewhere. Maybe Trump's people are looking for those traces. If they turn up, the whole house of cards is in a shambles.

Well this obviously proves its a fraud beyond any reasonable doubt.
There is absolutely no way separate elements could have come in with some turned 90degrees right and some 90 degrees left. The lights would have to be flickering and windows would be folding up lol.

It's almost like he's more qualified for the job, you see, running the fake economy with fake dollars while the mainstream media distributes all the fake news. And then in between the fake news bits, the advertisers come on and promote their fake foods, and fake pharmaceuticals which are approved based on faked science approved by FDA regulators who are faking it, too. No. I’m saying the DOH policy was to accept what the parents told them, because that’s what the DOH officials stated and can be observed from other certificates.

So, What you are saying there is no difference between Race and Nationality, isn't it ?
I can show you an Hawaiian birth certificate with ‘American’ as race, I can show you an Hawaiian birth certificate with ‘Black’ and ‘Hawaiian/Chinese/Korean/German/English/Portuguese’ as race, I can show you an Hawaiian birth certificate with ‘Caucasian/Japanese’ and ‘Caucasian/Hawaiian’ as race.
Can you show me one with ‘Negro’? Can you show me one with ‘Negroid’ or ‘Mongoloid’ or whatever you claim were part of the only 3 options?

And you won't, because the term was not in usage back then. How hard is it?

I would like to thank Zero Point for his video. Now I have a question perhaps someone can answer. When I saw the document with the layers removed, and Zero's video highlighted this for me, why were some letters added and others left in such as "non" on the word none? It would help me a bit. Thanks
