I said they were racists and idiots. What do you want me to do, say I see red when I see blue? Say I see a mountain when there's nothing but flat land in from of me? It seems you do. Doesn't matter if it's the truth. If it's not a NICE truth, it shouldn't be said.
You want me to take that back? FIne. NONE of the birthers were racists. ALL of the birthers were brilliant.
There ya go.

it states that his mother was 18 years of age at the time of his birth, hawaiin law states that she must be at least 19 years of age to confer citizenship at the time.
and it also states his father is a foreign national
therefore, obamas citizenship defaults to kenyan.
the controversey lies in why the long form, containing these 2 vital peices of eligibility information, was not used to confirm his eligibility from the start.
so in a nutshell, he was born in hawaii, but technically that wasnt the only requirement to receive citizenship at the time.

I would just like to respectfully post a reminder that many in the so-called "birther nation" simply wanted what happened today to happen 21/2 years ago. Period.
So now that he has apparently provided the document that many of the er, uh, "non-birthers" insisted didn't exist in the first place I believe there is plenty of crow to go around.

Yes , I stated back in 1961, not 1995 when it was political correct to say african as a RACE. How can african be a race??

Look up John Jay's letter to George Washington. John Jay later became supreme court Jusitce and wrote a letter to George Washington while the framers were working on the constitution.
New-York, 25th July, 1787.
Dear Sir,
Permit me to hint whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national government ; and to declare expressly that the command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on any but a natural born citizen.
I remain, dear sir,
Your faithful friend and servant,
John Jay.

Right... there’s always a conspiracy. There was one when he didn’t release it, and there must be one now because he released it.

There has to be some motivation for releasing it today.
It turns out we were right when we said nothing would convince the birthers, including the damn document they demanded to see for years.
No, quite the opposite, I am only questioning his strategy. People have speculated for a long time that he would release this document at the key opportune moment for maximum political impact, so I just want to know what makes today that moment?
Except that it did, as I pointed out and cited from the opinion in my post here. If you can count, you will see the term “natural-born” is used 45 times. But keep saying they “never used the term natural born.” You already clearly believe this delusion, maybe someone else will too.

Wong Kim Ark case never used the term "Natural Born".
If you say so. Unfortunately your opinion is absolutely immaterial for Barack Obama’s natural born citizenship status.
It doesn't apply in this case.
I’ve had enough discussions regarding flawed and misguided interpretations of what “subject to the jurisdiction” means.
Neither does the 14th amendment
Good thing Obama isn’t a “citizen of two countries” then, huh?
You can be a citizen of two countries and thus disqualified for presidency.
