If he wasn't of color or didn't have a muslim name, I really don't think this would happen. the right wing REALLY hates clinton, he is like the republican's arch nemesis, even more so then obama, and yet they didn't pull this with him. denying someone's identity and sense of nationalism/patriotism is the worse slander you can dish out, and unless you have proof, then keep you're assumptions to yourself.

Open a document that resembles the one we are being shown. Preferebly older and a little less readable. Open said doc in Adobe pro. Run the text recognition software built in adobe pro. save. go to file. open with illustrator. you now have layers.

I'm as anti-Obama as a person can get, but I'm not irrational. Trump clearly caused this and I suspect Trump is in fact working for Obama to get Obama elected. Playing the fool and pretending to be his opponent is a great way to do that. I think Trump is doing this to help Obama for whatever reasons he has. But it is NOT what everyone wanted. It's not the original document but a photo of a computer printout. The information in it was provided by (presumably) Obama's mother and it is begging the question that she gave completely truthful information. As the baby was illegitimate, we cannot even be sure that it was Obama Sr's baby?!! Perhaps she lied about that! Perhaps she lied about where he was born, too?

This document is irrelevant, anyway, because Obama had to have given up his citizenship when he went to school in Indonesia, his school registration form saying he was of Indonesian nationality. He was ADOPTED and changed his legal name. He could no longer be an American citizen when he was adopted because he became Indonesian and that country did not permit dual citizenship. That means he was ineligible to become president. He was not even an American, let alone a natural-born American. That's why he studied as a FOREIGN STUDENT when he came to America.

That is the birth certificates of 2 women born the day after Obama.

Why did I say you won't be happy about it? While it answers the important questions, it isn't cut and dry one way or another. It does have a few other new questions pop up. Most notably the paper, which you specifically mentioned. But this difference is actually easy to explain.

Despite what some people are thinking, this new birth certificate is NOT the one that was made when Obama was born. It is a certified copy of the original (completely legit, but technically not the actual original). This is why it is on new security paper and not just boring white paper. Why did they not release the actual literal original? It's part of a bound book.

Here is what happened (for those who are tearing apart the PDF, this answers that as well):

- They took the big bound book that has the original certificates in it.
- They put it on a photocopier/scanner (This is why the upper left corner looks the way it does. Book can't fit on the scanner flat when it is bound).
- They then printed that photocopy/scan onto the appropriate security paper, as legally required.
- Due to the age of the document, the scan wasn't perfect. So, they had to go through and do some manual touch-ups. This is why when people were shifting the PDF, they found layers and oddities on the certificate.


The biggest problem, really, is the touch-ups they do. Obviously that leaves them completely open for doubts and second-guessing, as we all are seeing.

I wanted to add that some people are seeing a black version of the twin's birth certificates. Don't read too much into that. That is because they are actually from an old photostat machine, which makes images as negatives, to be printed properly later.

Actually, I was careful not to call it "fake." I called it a "construct." Does that make it fake? I don't really know. It cold be a construct from actual facts - or made up data. It does make it awfully damned suspicious, though. To me, anyway. Suspicious enough that the issue isn't dead yet.

You asked a question in opposition of my statement that Obama's birth means he cannot be president. That means you are trying to get at your own point, a point in opposition to mine.

Since my point is that Obama is disqualified to be president, due to his status at birth. Your opposition can only be that his birth has no bearing on him being president.

My determination that Obama is a usurper is my own. Sure, I first learned of the issue from various sources (i am not all-knowing), but my final determination comes from looking at the US Constitution itself and making a common sense decision.

I found all kinds of articles stating that he spent it, but no proof. An article is not proof. It's hearsay unless someone actually involved was quoted and it was verified. I checked out 200 of those links and couldn't find a single page with proof regarding the claim. So, unless I'm missing something which your superior interweb skills have caught, your point is moot.

It's not a fake. These are OCR layers. This is what happens when you scan a document using text recognition software. These layers are created as a result. Any document you scan like this will come up with layers.

I thought about that as well, but why would they go to the trouble? The image you attached of the two BCs looks a heck of a lot more convincing than the PDF frankencertificate.
