If you know anything about the history of the US, it isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened. During the Cold War, and in fact, several years before it in as early as the early 1900s, people were afraid of Communists. It was a common thing back then to accuse someone of being a communist, much like what people would do today to Obama - especially those running for presidency.

As a matter of fact, they're still doing that today, calling Obama a socialist.

Good point. This may just be another magicians trick. Instead of just being transparent on all the issues from the begining, just throw them a bone now and then instead of giving them any meat.

The delay in the release is too suspicion on the subject of his birth location, but at least there is new info to validate and either support of discredit his claim. While I would like to see more of his background records released, it's all suspect after this length of time.

Still, none of it really matters as tptb get who they want(and always will), and the irreversible damage to the nation has already been done.

Why? For two and a half years everyone has tried to force Obama to cave in and release his birth certificate. When Donald Trump made it a demand...Obama caved.

Obama refered indirectly, in his press address, to The Donald as "a carnival barker". Obama doesn't want to see The Donald's wrath. Sparks will fly!

I was never a *birther* I had doubts Obama was born in the USA only because
he did not release this sooner....

I'm satisfied, there are MANY things Obama is doing wrong and harming our country...

On to those issues now, Trump or Ron Paul are up to par/speed on them...

Weird. Usually, when the son has the same name as his father, he is referred to as "Jr", not "II".

I'm not really into this conspiracy, but the timing is really convenient. To people who are "birthers" I hope this strengthens your resolve because it looks like a way to undercut the credibility of the outcome of that guys book and Trump's investigation. I just know that from an outside view the timing seems odd. Both for the release and the statements made afterward.(lets focus on things now that re-election is nearing) It effectively makes what some may refer to as sheeple go "see, now that's the end of it, nothing to see here, move along. Now lets focus on the real issues at hand." etc....

Wait a minute. I thought that when many birthers wanted to see the "long form" certificate, they were being told by the debunkers that it doesn't exist because Hawaii didn't use "long form" birth certificates?? How come now he all of the sudden has one? If it's real, why were all of you debunkers insisting that Hawaii didn't issue them when he now clearly has it?
