Oh, those crazy, a lot more expensive twisty-twist light bulbs that when they break anywhere near you, you got to go to the emergeny room because of some biochemical exposure??

Hey, how long does the old fashioned light bulb really last? I mean, the really, really old fashioned light bulbs?

And why doesn't Wal-Mart sell the old fashioned light bulbs....that was a rhetorical question. It's called 'Planned Obsolescence.

Anyway, a friend sent me this.

I remember going to Fort Myers, Florida some years back to visit Edison's winter
home and seeing there, still lit, a light bulb made by Thomas Edison, that was
over 100 years old. Yes, this ancient incandescent electric bulb, hanging on an
old electrical cord in Edison's house, was still giving off light. Bet today's
bulbs are programmed to burn out much quickly - even the 'energy efficient'
"green" and dangerous fluorescent light bulbs.

Yeah I have 2 to add that I can think of off the top of my head...

1. Low Flow toilets - I know some states made it mandatory, or maybe it was on the county level...

2. New Gas cans - They really suck for trying to fill up lawn care tools, and ATV's / lawn tractors or even your car... WTF are they good for?

Why bother using light bulbs to kill people when macdonalds, kfc and cocacola will do it faster and cheaper and make people actually pay for it and beg for you to kill them again. This conspiracy has little to do with energy savers. I hear peop[le talking about those light bulbs as if saving energy was hazardous to your health.

So is a lead pencil and yet there they are.

The ink in ball point pens is not bio-degradable, I hear.

Take any hand held radio and tune it all the way to the left or right of the dial. Place it near one of these twisty light bulbs and then put it next to a regular old fashion bulb. There's some serious radiation coming from those twisty bulbs and having a home filled with these, in ADDITION to the McDonald's, Coca Colas, Aspartame, Fluoride, TV & video game stimuli, etc etc... it just leaves us with no where to hide from their "agendas", unless you throw it all away and move to the mountains isolated.
At least then you may live 10 minutes longer than the rest of the population.

The lost art of siphoning gas out of your neighbor's automobile. What else have we forgotten how to do to survive?

There was a hermit around here who died not too long ago at the age of ninety-something. Story is that he came home from WWII, went up into the mountains and never returned. He never had electricity all those years. People used to go up there to see him, to see how he lived. They came back saying he looked really happy.

Totally believe that story. The difference now from back then though is the cell phone towers expanding everywhere. That old man now would probably have at least 3 bars of signal on his cell atop Mt. Freeman.
Then with wifi expansion, we will all become like cell phones internally.

We are told to wash our hands for 15 seconds under hot water in order to get them properly clean and not spread germs right? Well, has anyone encountered those sinks that turn on and off automatically in public restrooms? They last maybe 5 seconds, then you have to move away or swipe your hand in front of sensor to get it running again...and there is no temp control, from what I've experienced you are lucky to get lukewarm water. I'm no germophobe, and go ahead and save water, but, PLEASE get the story straight.

News report I heard yesterday: Know where you get more bacteria than from a toilet seat? Your automobile steering wheel.

And why? Mostly the saturated fats from those French Fries you are eating on your way home with a bagful of more saturaged fats purchased from fast food joints.

he must have been a barrel of laughs. i bet he dug foxholes all around his property and slept in them.

why do you need electricity if you're a hermit reenacting the battle of normandy every morning before breakfast.

Another minor point about ELF waves....remember those stories of people getting radio reception through their teeth braces and molar cavity fillings?

Think about it.

It's not the bulb. I's the power switching ballast providing power to the bulb. And that "dangerous" radiation? It's radio frequency, not ionizing or gamma or -ray. It's the same stuff that's but out by the spark plugs in your car. So I guess we should trash all the autos.

It's not really "harmful" at certain distance away from you. And there is no such thing as SAFE radiation levels, too much sunlight, UV, ELF, even dense radio waves definitely don't exactly act like vitamins for us. Then you have to take into account the different combination of these radiations and the minerals in our bodies at those times reacting to the outside radiation. If you eat a lot of aluminum and stand near a microwave oven/cell phone/wifi... you think that's making you're organs say, "YAY we love this feeling!"?

Edit: I'm using aluminum as one example, and we do get a lot of aluminum in our bodies from cooking in aluminum, the chemtrailing aluminum particles, and the minerals in our foods all are reacting to these radiations internally breaking us down. If you don't believe me, wait a few years.

Wanna know something funny about the new DOT approved cans you can't do anything with? On the side some of them say they are not intended for refueling cars. Then on the other side its listed features are a "new DOT approved funnel".

You know that the biochemical exposure you are talking about is a trace amount of mercury. And has been used in florescent bulbs forever. How come it has become more of a concern now that we need to find ways to conserve energy?

In essence half of the mercury vapor emissions in the US come from coal fired power generation. - by reducing the energy use the net effect of mercury in the environment is less.

Very simple. Obama has awkened America to the horrors of liberal socialism and communism. Doesn't matter how large or small the trace mercury elements.....Americans have been shaken out of their lethargy and complacency.
