weird trance

i was looking at an astral projection site and i was just trying to concentrate on hearing this buzz high pitched noise they were descrbining and when i kept listening to it i felt like my whole body is twisting and then i just appeared at the park.....i saw a person (probably my guide) i asked him what happened.....he answers in a different language but i understood it.....he said i was in my astral projection form........i was delighted after hearing that and tried floating to a friends house but then poof i was back at my body......and i find my sister nagging me to get off the computer
