Kerry's reinactment of him in the mekong delta today staged in Boston, who's is paying for the Coast Gaurd's time and expenses for covering his rear today?

Is the DNC paying the bill for Coast Gaurd expences, if not they should!

Money and Manpower is short these days, and we need the Coast Gaurd searching ships, not running shotgun for a photo op!
