Shapeshifting demonic creature terrorizes South African town

Don't remember what part of Africa but a little while ago i heard about a goat that got arrested that was accused of beeing a shape shifting thief.

I'm here to educate you about the single biggest threat to our planet. You see, there is something out there that threatens our very existence, and may be the end to the human race as we know it.
