The Artists domain has long been high-jacked by the Intelligence. It goes way way back in time.
Back to when the first "sculptors" appeared. Shapers of the world. Their art gave birth to all others, because it allowed other means of communication to be created, like hidden geometry in a painting, or codes in a casual sentence, and all of science to be represented in another form than words.

Since we are continuously exposed to these "Icons", we become sensible to what they will say and do, firmly believing we are "up to date" on all the latest trends while forgetting the essential, thus feeling hollow and needing to consume more and more of these "Idols".

Of course artists of the highest rank are, like all that pertains to the world of the elites, privy to things, and asked to do secret, or occult, things, given their dreams are fulfilled.
