The Mysterious Deaths of Nine Gulf Oil Spill Whistleblowers

I find it extremely odd that a body ended up right at the wellhead after sinking 5000ft (look at that pic and tell me it's not a body)

My theory is that a worker was near the oil plume and died from the fumes, the oil being lighter than water created a path for the body to sink down ignoring currents.

Are there any public archives of the rov videos? I have been looking for a video ever since I seen this.
