Vladimir Putin Warns Russians of Liberalism

Vladimir Putin, Russia's Prime Minister, said Wednesday Russia needs to avoid experimenting with "unjustified liberalism" in order to safeguard its sovereignty. Putin told the Russian Parliament in his annual address that outsiders must not be allowed to dictate the country's development, the Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported. It was Putin's last address as prime minister before legislative elections later this year and presidential elections next year.

Sounds good to me. Why wouldn't a country want to invest in itself and have little foreign dependence, but ovbiously they cannot produce everything they need.

Just look what liberalism has done to the west.

The minds of half a generation have been contaminated with it - it makes sense to keep western liberalism out of Russia.
