Is Lucifer Actually God?

Those who toy around with the idea of lucifer being more powerful, often overlook this.

That is viewed and stated from a Christian vieuwpoint, the NR1 main religion made by evil people to control and enslave mankind through fear (Roman > Roman catholic church > first church in the world)

The whole bible is manipulated by people also there are a lot of translation errors made, which is a well known fact. Also there are OLDER religions than Christianity and Judaism, Hinduism for example is way older but a lot of people forget this or don't even think about this simple fact. They just simply think that christianity is IT because they are teached like that, or grown up in a Christian envoirement. Which makes them afraid to think about other options because they think they will go to hell.

It is just a simple fact that everything in every religion refers back in some kind of way to one godlike creature which is infact Lucifer...

But believe what you want to believe, I'm not like 90% of the Christians who force their "superior" religion aggressively up to you if you dare to believe something different, I think "believing in something" is something personal and have to been kept personal. And that is a thing which Christians clearly do not understand, and that causes a lot of problems in this world...

Translations errors could have been made in any religous texts.
There are religions older than christianity and judaism... yes, but even they talk about a divine being that controls our universe...and rewards and punishes people.

How does that prove that lucifer is God?

It is just a simple fact that everything in every religion refers back in some kind of way to one godlike creature which is infact Lucifer...

and what is your proof that the godlike creature is lucifer??
Lucifer is a christian concept....and was not mentioned by those religons older than judaism/ christianity

Athiest here, but speaking as if there were a god: The god of the most popular religions is said to be all-powerful. If this is so, then he has the power to erase satan from existence...but, god doesn't do this. God has the power to prevent satan from tempting and/or torturing humans on earth...but, he doesn't do this either.

So, god is either satan himself or is very much in league with him.

Now let's discuss whether the easter bunny hides real chicken eggs or just chocolate and candy.

I believe that Lucifer is not God, but an agent of false enlightenment. After all, he and his servants are supposed to have given us the arts and sciences, and look at society today, after that . . .
He tempts with the offer of knowledge. "Do what thou wilt," and all that. Well, I guess that it really depends upon your political orientation. If you believe that radicals are awesome, well, he was the first!

Huh??? Do you mean...? No, you can't mean that a god and a devil don't interfere with humans on earth. No miracles? No demon possessions? Are you implying that all of the bad things, and all of the good things that have happened throughout history are by our own doing without ANY otherworldy influence? I am...? Okay, I agree.

Brought this up in another forum, and the religious danced around it like their feet were on fire. Religious fanatics want to believe that heaven is pure paradise. Well, satan and his servants were up there and they didn't seem to like it too much. The last time I read the bible I remember it saying that satan was THROWN down to hell. This implies to me that a failed coup attempt was made in heaven. There were conspiracies, and war, and hate, and all kinds of non-paradise things going on up there.

Compare how many people Satan killed and how many people God killed in the bible.

The numbers are staggering.

We can take this in a historical route and say that its a reflection of the times back then, where tryants were so much the "norm" that a God would fit this mold as a mirror of their enviornment. Or you can reflect our modern times and believe that God is... a bit... well, yeah...

Actually, LUCIFER, used to be a planet in the sky. it got destroyed and it is the reason why they say LUCIFER is a demon. It comes from a way way back.

And also, Satan used to be a moon of LUCIFER.

Have you read the story of Job? According to it, satan and god converse with each other, and can even place wagers on our lives. If he kicked satan out of heaven, I wonder how he gets back in to converse with god?

That is simple logic, the Lord of the old testament is not the supreme god, the bible is translated in a bad manner
making it look that there is only one god in the bible, but it's not, the bible is filled with lords and gods, the notion of the supreme creator does show up, but then gets mixed up with the Lord of the old testament, the lord god.

The story of Job involves the Lord, Satan and Job, not god, but the lord god Jehovah.
God would never play such games of rivality, the supreme does not need such things, lords that are lower gods below the supreme however might need that, to prove a point what ever the circumstances might be. On that point we can only speculate, but we do have the story of Job.

It's not speculation, Bible research will show you the truth:

From the bible:

For Jehovah's portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. Bible in Basic English For the Lord's wealth is his people; Jacob is the land

As you can see Jehovah had a portion.
Jehovah is most High on a local level (Elyon) while the other Elyon most high is Higher.

Another quote from the bible:

Samuel 22:14 — "Yahweh thundered from heaven, the Most High [Elyon] uttered His voice.

Yahweh is also described in the bible as Elyon, but he is a smaller Elyon. We can see in these bible verses that Yahweh and the most high are different entities.

Elyon=most high god.

I wish people would study the bible more and not get fed crap, god would never torture people for personal reflective gain. We are so small.

The only speculative portion is why Jehovah allowed Job to suffer, per haps to make a point, or to see how Job reacts, it's the only speculative side I have talked about, the rest are facts.

I'm not seeing the part where there are two different gods. It looks to me that the Most High, Yahweh, uttered his voice and it thundered from heaven.
