I don't think anyone around here's terribly surprised -- I thought we debunked it and sections of it several times (it's really easy to knock holes in it.) You see it reworked around the net to try and make it "real," but that's the work of hoaxers.

I wasn't trying to relate this to any real agency or to use this as evidence for such. I just thought it was interesting that a government agency has a 22 page document with those keywords.

Maybe I should have said that little things like this get out of hand and you get all kinds of exotic agencies and alien conspiracy theories

I thought it was important to direct people to this.
