Imagine a conservative trying to explain the 'Collective' to a liberal. Now, that's a paradox.

So you talking about looking at Palin's body was "satire" because you are part of the "collective?"

Not sure what any of that means. Just face it. You cannot run around talking about how "hot" you think she is and then pretend to get all upset if someone says how "hot" she is not. You cannot bash liberals for knocking Palin's looks when clearly the ones concentrating on her looks are her fans. I could care less how she looks and reading about how looking at her body is a big help for you says far more about you than the imaginary liberals you both propped up and then tore down.

Just read another thread talking about how she was getting booed excesively in WI by the Tea Partiers. I wonder which story is true.

That story is probably listed with the stories that claimed the Jon Stewart Washington rally was bigger than the Glenn Beck Washington rally. I would imagine.

But in all honesty, if someone isn't booing, something isn't being accomplished in the political spectrum? Agreed?

Since when have politicians done anything FOR the people? I'm really trying hard here...nothing comes to mind.
The verbal diarrhea in this speech is prolific

See thats the Problem with the right imo. "oh its just union folks, who cares".
Its's their battle cry yet those same lowly middle and lower classes are the ones who built this great country that the Right is taking full advantage of.
So lets get this straight you Tea Partiers want less wages(for everyone but yourselves) and no taxes.
How do you brilliant folks propose we pay for our huge infrastructure and basic services?
Oh wait thats right the upper classes dont care.
Thats right folks give it all up and keep believing that the Trickle down economy is coming.
Cmon are you guys serious.

Eradicate and abolish all Unconstitutional social welfare programs. Those programs make up over 50% of our GDP. I dont suppose you see that as problem?

Sarah said in that rally that we are borrowing money from foreign countries to give aid to foreign countries. What a true statement, and I've said this too, and wondered what can the politicians be thinking to continue down this road.

if it wasn't for her shrill voice i would have liked that speech. Some good points were made, if you can stand the ear piercing tone of her voice.

Look at her body while she's making a speech.

Tried that.. couldn't get the image of tossing a hot dog down a hallway out of my minds eye.

That woman should be ignored as an irrelevant mouth piece of the failed establishment... along with 99% of the imbecilic "left Vs right" politicos who are destroying this country... the GOP & DNC are no better than crips & bloods. They even rally under the same red & blue "colors".

As long as divided & conquered masses take media birthed clowns like palin & obama seriously.. this nation is doomed to commit suicide.

One thing I notice that stays true. A lot of people get riled up in politics and a lot more people are coming out of everywhere to support their candidate and that is cool as hell, it really it. I really want people to read up on bills and think in a mass mentality with certain bills, which is hard to do. It's ok to be self oriented and it's also ok to not be.

I am not a socialist, but I think that in this country it is ok to take care of eachother to an extent. I personally believe that Health Care should be a right in this country. I am willing to pay taxes on this.

I don't believe in our battles across seas and I don't want to pay for that waste of cash.

I don't believe in bailouts and I don't want to pay for that etc.

My concern without any government intervention we are just like any crappy 3rd world country.

My concern with too much government we have communism or socialism.

My love for capitalism mirrors my belief that anyone should be able to have a business.

My concern for capitalism is that left unchecked, becomes fascism,

You see. Our country is all about checks and balances or else it doesn't work.

What I think all of us can agree on here is perhaps they need us to fight Left vs Right so we ignore what has been really going on in the Federal Reserve.

This is an awesome, non-partisan article I wish everyone in here would read:

Rolling Stone - The Real Housewives of Wallstreet

Now, following an act of Congress that has forced the Fed to open its books from the bailout era, this unofficial budget is for the first time becoming at least partially a matter of public record. Staffers in the Senate and the House, whose queries about Fed spending have been rebuffed for nearly a century, are now poring over 21,000 transactions and discovering a host of outrages and lunacies in the "other" budget. It is as though someone sat down and made a list of every individual on earth who actually did not need emergency financial assistance from the United States government, and then handed them the keys to the public treasure. The Fed sent billions in bailout aid to banks in places like Mexico, Bahrain and Bavaria, billions more to a spate of Japanese car companies, more than $2 trillion in loans each to Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, and billions more to a string of lesser millionaires and billionaires with Cayman Islands addresses. "Our jaws are literally dropping as we're reading this," says Warren Gunnels, an aide to Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont. "Every one of these transactions is outrageous."

Please read it. It will piss you off, but I think tackling the Fed is something that everyone in this forum can agree to.

Battler over the content of her speech . Not her looks or if you think she is a joke or not. Look at good old George Carlin that man would make you laugh for hours but his material had many truths to it. There are some truths in her speech.

When she points of a glaring discrepancy between campaign promises and what is done after election are fairly factual.

Factual we are borrowing money left and right then still giving away billions to other countries many who are not our friends either that's a truth .
