Wierd cloud photo

took this pic over the skies of the okanagan valley British Columbia a couple of months ago. Been alot of chemtails as of lately. Strange to have so many straight lines in one place dont ya think, anyways it looks like the number 4 to me and most I show it to.

You nailed it I saw the person paddling the surfboard also.

negative four degrees is what i first saw.

what was the temperature during the time of the photo?
