The point of the OP, it seems to me, is to point out the hypocrisy of the birthers. Was McCain held to the same standards as Obama in regards to his citizenship status?

Umm he was born in a US military base with two US citizens as parents. But as he is only a senator what does it matter?
Neither has Obama.
Not to mention he hasn't spent money to seal his records has he?

Being born on a US military base abroad doesn’t grant citizenship by virtue of birth, so it’s irrelevant if McCain was born on one.

To answer the OP, no, McCain hasn’t showed “he truly is naturalized,” but he is, by virtue of 8 USC 1403.
The executive order did no such thing. Even if it had, it is regarding Presidential records, the documents and communication he receives and sends as President. Nothing to do with his school records, or any other records, before he was elected.

Obama has spent 2 million dollars to keep his files sealed and his first execuitive order was to seal and make secret his files
The new president effectively reversed a post-9/11 Bush administration policy making it easier for government agencies to deny requests for records under the Freedom of Information Act, and effectively repealed a Bush executive order that allowed former presidents or their heirs to claim executive privilege in an effort to keep records secret. ...
Advocates for openness in government, who had been pressing for the moves, said they were pleased. They said the new president had traded a presumption of secrecy for a presumption of disclosure.
“You couldn’t ask for anything better,” said Melanie Sloan, the executive director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, an advocacy group that tangled frequently with the Bush administration over records. ...
It may not be the type of thing that Mr. Bush wants to hear, however. Experts said Mr. Obama’s moves would have the practical effect of allowing reporters and historians to obtain access to records from the Bush administration that might otherwise have been kept under wraps.
I didn’t say it had to do with skin color. For some, however, it might very well be.

I think it would have more to do with what McCain has done for the country than his skin colour.
Are you sure?
If Nobama was a war hero...or even served his country...than I don't think it would be an issue.

You should have kept reading my post, because in the following statement I indicate that McCain is a US citizen, and I even cite the legislation that granted his citizenship.

Your opinion of the facts is irrelevant. He was born of American parents on an American base. You can deny it all you want.
