My head is absolutely spinning right now. Not even sure where to begin with all of this.

Of course I had to watch all of Freeman's stuff on youtube. How did I miss all of this? I lived down in Tennessee for a couple of years, just outside of Nashville, and had no idea this stuff was there.

It really was an unplanned stop. I had gone down there because my mother had just had another stroke. I had asked one of my mother's friends where a good place was to stop in Nashville. I have teenagers that wanted to get pictures at someplace "cool" in Nashville to prove that they were there. There had been a lot of recent flooding and many streets in downtown Nashville were closed. She suggested Centennial Park.

I never would have imagined in a million years that things would come together like this. I had actually struggled with presenting this here for a while. Started to a couple of times and then backed out. Surely, someone is smiling.

Crowley wasn't all bad. Seriously read the selection carefully. Book 30 tells you very clearly As above so Below and what it really means.

Learn first — Oh thou who aspirest unto our ancient Order! — that Equilibrium is the basis of the Work. If thou thyself hast not a sure foundation, whereon wilt thou stand to direct the forces of Nature?

Crowley took the Hermetic teachings and made them truly useful IMHO. Understanding the balance, as above so below, is THE key.

Seriously to understand what this particular passage is saying in depth will bring you both closer to what you're looking for.

I wasn't trying to play with you. I was only playing when I refused to site book XXX directly. It got glossed over.

Crowley gets ignored for 3 main reasons:
1: He was insane
2: His teachings are very dangerous and don't always agree with the rest of the Hermetics
3: He got too close to what is real for the comfort of most.

It was for both of you and everyone watching. What is just for one person goes through a U2U.

My intent is never to harm, is never to confuse, and is definitely not to screw with anyone.

This stuff is not confusing but understanding it means you need to take a perspective that isn't what you're used to.

It is and it isn't at the same time.

Take for example XXX which will be the ultimate goal of this post

(please keep in mind this makes no sense but I'm not trying to confuse you I just don't know if the right words exist so let you mind associate and see if you see it).

From smallest to largest:

6 distinct lines are fomed - I I I I I I,
3 distinct shapes X X X
2 strokes are made to form then - N - and - N -

Divide the above and below and you get the middle. A distinct shape and way of drawing it that leads to three if you put the smallest components above the largest below (Just like any structure) then take as above so below to get 3. Also in the middle you find 3.

This tells us to find the middle. If there is a below and an above there is a middle no?

Read Crowley's book XXX you can see the hints of the middle and how to empower yourself in it.

Look and the runes Gifu Gifu Gifu XXX it is the the three gifts from the fates or the Norns. Also the same thing.

Look at XXX on the Giant Saint's belt, He stove to live a life HERE in the middle, same thing.

XXX Poison, Porn, Danger... HERE in the middle. All possible interpretations lead to the same place and the symbol itself leads here as well. The power is in the middle.

It is not a mystery. More of a faith than anything else. I believe all people and things are interrelated and on their unique paths to gain the "--Whaever it is you are trying to gain, no real word for it--" in this journey everything will come together according to the laws of nature which say nothing is wasted. Everyone here is participating in a way that will effect everyone else who is reading or participating. Be it in a small way or a big one. I don't know. But what I do know is none of the words are wasted or without reason. That is all I meant.

Don't get too caught up in offence / defense. Its only a battle if you choose for it to be and it shouldn't be. I can be gruff and straightforward and don't mean any harm. If I did mean any harm it shouldn't matter because I can only cause harm if you allow me to. (but I didn't)

Openness is always appropriate for one who seeks the truth regardless of pain it might cause. Now with that said mis-interpretation is the cause of 99% of hurtful words. The other 1% are just attacks that are better ignored.

I only advocate trusting yourself. Everything I or anyone says needs to go through you and a decision should be made as to what to do with the words every time.
