Has anyone heard of advancing hair lines after it receded?

Just curious if anyone has ever heard of having a receding hair line on their head and then having the hair mysteriously grow back over the years almost to where it was in their early twenties at least on one side of their head. Maybe I lost hair due to stress and very heavy second hand smoke and after I left the environment, my hair started recovering and started to grow back. I have taken some multivitamins. Anyone else hear of something like this happening without any drugs?

Nope... My husband has some bald spots and i'm still waiting for a miracle to happen.... The only thing we know of is hair transplant so far. lol
