If you had taken the time to look at gdaub23 footage above you would at least know the date (posted or uploaded March 12th 2010, and the where,( Hikone (Shiga Prefecture, Japan).
I went to that video myself and this is all that is in the description, albeit not much, but it did rank some awards at least.

Amazing footage of a UFO that released multiple orbs into clouds above Hikone (Shiga Prefecture, Japan). This video shows three of the orbs before they disappeared into the cloud cover. What do you think they are? Take a look at the existing evidence and make your own decision..

Honors for this video (17) #76 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Germany #23 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Australia #10 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Canada #15 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - United Kingdom #11 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Ireland #56 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - India #45 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - New Zealand #82 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Israel #26 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology #5 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Spain #15 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Mexico #63 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - France #39 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Japan #59 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - South Korea #13 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Netherlands #53 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Czech Republic #39 - Most Viewed (Today)) - Science & Technology - Sweden

Now that we have got at least that much cleared up, care to explain how it can Easily be CGI? Like What specifically makes it so? I would like to learn what to look for.

Where's a mod when you need one? This post is beyond absurd, and at the very least needs a warning. They talk about one-line responses, and this dude submits one WORD?

Now as to what the video is, I have to say, I'm at a loss. This is one of the best ufo vids I've seen on ATS in a *long* time.

CG is always an option, but there's something very natural in the movements that lead me to believe computers weren't involved. Would love to see a higher res video though. Watching these things on YouTube is completely frustrating.

Thank you and thank you... I think if you watch the footage gdaub23 posted, that seems to be the original, so it may be a little better for you to look over, It is about the 4th post down or so on the first page.

I saw this on youtube the other day... I personaly think its the real deal.

Just a quick bump because in my opinion people need to see this.

Yes I thought I heard that too

I think it is escaped balloons

That's exactly what it is. These are balloons tied together flopping around in the wind on their way up. Anyone notice all of the kids and people in the background audio? Yeah. Likely a birthday party or something and they released their balloons into the air and recorded it. The wind shear was enough on the way up that a couple balloons got separated.

Here's just one of many videos of balloons tied together and it looks exactly like the video in the OP:

I could see within the first few seconds that these were balloons tied together. Then I read the rest of this thread:

So, it's gotta be a motor? It can't be that some of the balloons weren't tied/taped tight enough to the string? Really?

Not balloons, the pivot point circular movements are far too precise for balloons.

Nice attempt to explain away the obvious.

Kinda looks like it pumps its arms before spitting out whatever it is.

I see several almost perfectly round objects acting as if they're tied together flopping in the wind. Nowhere do I see any arms. Do you guys even watch these videos or examine them at all before commenting?

I think that they are an actual being not a craft.

You thought wrong, twice. They're neither beings nor craft. They're simple balloons looking and acting like any other balloons tied together just like the video I posted.

Originally posted by Lost in america
Why dont you try to have an open mind...

Having an open mind is one thing, but beings?
The hilarity is priceless. You want to believe so badly that you are blind to the most obvious explanation.

And then you post a video of space dust/debris from NASA and then claim they are similar to the balloons in the OP's video. Too funny.

I wonder why all the good footage gets little attention...

Probably because most people can see that these are balloons and didn't want to waste their time. Hell, I almost didn't waste my time, but the ridiculousness of so many of the comments in this thread warranted a response.

In fact, that was one of the easiest videos to debunk.

What it turns out to be is that the footage is not of a UFO, but an IFO. Why would people comment on something that's easily identifiable? People tire of these videos that proclaim UFO's when all they turn out to be is balloons or planes with the most simplest of research and examination.

That comment deserves a: REALLY?

This thread is almost like a comedy show unfolding. Post a video of balloons or planes and watch all of the "wanna-believers" come out of the woodwork to give every possible explanation of what they could be, all except of what they actually are.

The video I posted looks identical to the video in the OP, minus the couple separated balloons.

I could've posted my video in a new thread and proclaimed: "ZOMGZZZ, look at these orb creatures flying through the air" and got tons of flags from the gullible who do no research and no examination of the video.

It is hilarious and ridiculous to see people talking about motors spitting out orbs or arms of creatures when talking about balloons tied together flying through the air.

Listen to the soundtrack. Lots of people and kids in the background watching and recording their balloons fly in the sky. Plain and simple, end of discussion.

Really? Are you seriously being serious? They're virtually identical, minus the two balloons that broke free in the OP video.

You're either:

a.) Being deliberately dishonest.

b.) Needing a bigger monitor to actually be able to see the videos.

c.) Needing prescription glasses to actually be able to see the videos.

If you honestly and sincerely are going to sit there and say that both of those balloon videos look nothing alike, then I'd suggest seeking professional help, or stop trolling and peddling falsities.

Lol, insults get you nowhere and yes I was being serious about them not being balloons but ofcourse I am wrong and should get some help...

Right... I was taking into account the speed them some of the objects were traveling and the way they were acting.

I have seen this many times... I will post links.......I think that they are an actual being not a craft.. I think they use our aptmosphere to spawn... at least it what it looks like to me....beings that live in the vacum of space ..like our fish live in the ocean....

Yes you have seen this many times, and they are seen anywhere where there are
electrical instabilities in the atmosphere. They are a ball lightning
phenomena, and yes they 'spawn' when they reach a point where they have to
divide to relieve the electromagnetic stress. They are also seen to join up
again, and then to fade away. As they are really only light and magnetism, and
have no weight, or mass, they can accelerate or change direction very quickly,
which is how many UFOs, or UAPs are reported to move.
No aliens or living entities involved here, just plasma physics.

It got plenty of attention (media and otherwise) in Mexico. When I was down there during that UFO incident it was on people's tongues everywhere.

Many media outlets (especially those in U.S.) are very censored.

I woulda said balloons but they do seem to move in a strange motion, like when the two outer objects move towards the left the middle one seems to be propelled forward.

Without more footage there's not much to be made of it though, booooo.

Kinda reminded me of this footage...

Peace out

Your hilarious! That video you embedded is obviously balloons. However it bears absolutely no resemblance to the video posted by the OP. I don't think anyone is here stating that it MUST be aliens. In fact, most of us seem to be using our common sense here by throwing questions and plausible answers to and fro... out of CURIOSITY

I really enjoyed how you meticulously took the time to respond to every post that you seem to disagree with so blatantly. Just because your post count is high does not mean you are right.

That being said, I personally appreciate your opinion, however I just do not agree with it

Has this phenomenon been explored and documented by any scientists that we know of??

Here's a link for that:

earthfirst.com...

And Another:

news.nationalgeographic.com...

I'm not too sure about it though. It seems as though the weather was not in favor of electrical storms on they day of this video. A previous post had mentioned it though so I thought I'd put it in here for review.
