Is rap "music" dumbing kids down?

Great thread S&F...I'm a big hip hop and rap music fan and I couldn't agree more. There is a famous hip hop photographer named Ernie Paniccioli who has taken some of the most famous pics in hip hop rap music history and is well respected by many. He also written at least one book. On his Facebook, which he frequently posts about cultural awareness and politics, he has mentioned a hip hop conspiracy.

He believes the horrible modern day rap music is connected to severe and unfare sentencing to black males. He thinks the music subliminally influences judges and jurors.

He has also posted a conspiracy the CIA was involved early on with the promotion of Gangsta Rap.
