I am not that up on HAARP but came across this and It looked pretty odd

What do you guys think?

Any one explain to me how HAARP causes Earthquakes?

Awesome looking clouds for sure buddy. They do appear all over the world, but, they also do resemble cymatics though.



Very similar IMO, whether it is HAARP or the natural vibrations of the earth are to be debated.

I saw those same kind of clouds over the U.S. west coast the other day. I've seen those kinds of clouds periodically throughout my 40 odd years.

These are just normal clouds.

HAARP affects the ionosphere (way above the cloud layer).

HAARP is on the other side of the world.

HAARP cannot cause earthquakes (it doesn't have enough power & its output is electromagnetic not kinetic).

These are obviously Nibiru clouds anyway.

Yeah it is interesting stuff. I always thought that some if not all of the cloud formations on the Earth are caused by internal vibrations. I could be completely wrong though.

When you look at cymatics and you look at cloud patterns you cannot help and see similarities.

Maybe that's what HAARP is, an art device. It makes the clouds pretty.

Looks like HAARP in action to me.

Also, I believe this is related to the rumbling sound that is being heard everywhere [spacequakes]. See the SPIDR magnetic field readings.

Also I found an article about something called "Spacequakes". I believe that HAARP causes these "Spacequakes" which cause earth quakes in the atomsphere but can also be felt on the ground.Conquincidence or Not?

I took this picture of 6 planes spraying Chemtrails over my house.

Nothing is normal anymore. Weather modification, HAARP, and who knows what else is going on. If you read about Nikola Tesla he stated his machine could cause earth quakes. That is the HAARP machine the government built. It doesn't matter where it is at in the world, it can affect anywhere in the world.

All I know there is alot of earthquakes going on and HAARP has been running at full power for several days every month. The night before the "Magnitude 7.1 - NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN" (2011 April 07) the Alaska HAARP website went down and has still been down for over a week. It is as if people have figured out what they are doing and [they] do not want them to see anymore

Notice how you can still get to www.alaska.edu.... That tells us that it is not the web server but the actual site is down. Explain that? Hum....

Not everything is a conspiracy, mother nature can pull a few of her own natural wounders all by herself.

Charles, these particular clouds in your post are not entirely natural but appear to be contrails left by planes.

When you burn hydrocarbons as a fuel (Petrol, Avgas & Jet A1/kerosene), most of it is converted to water and oxides of carbon. So contrails are to be expected.

If these are chemtrails then:
What has it achieved in at least 30 years of operation?
What government authority is tasked with ensuring that it is done?
Who audits the result to ensure its effectiveness?
How is it funded?
Why don't they seek for cheaper ways to do it rather than send up thousands of planes every day?

Please think seriously about these questions?

PS: please read up about Tesla's "Earthquake Machine". You will find that it was pneumatic, not electronic.

PPS: perhaps the HAARP website is down because it is human to screw-up. (I work in IT support for a number of websites and have personal experience of screw-ups).
